Regional contact board members:

  • Will maintain reasonable computer access and check for online APTSA Board communication updates on a regular and timely basis.

  • Will participate with reasonable frequency in board discussions via established board mediums.

  • Will help direct / promote confirmed local APS and APRC tournaments per APTSA guidelines

  • Are strongly encouraged to visit and / or contact billiard rooms close to them within their respective regions to help establish a relationship with the owner or a representative of the room.

  • Should try to establish a room representative that will help develop event interest for that venue.

  • Should be available to help local room representatives with information, forms, materials, advice, and how to run tournaments using the online documents available at APTSA.US

  • Should inform respective rooms in their region about APTSA Business Membership opportunity and the respective perks from the APTSA for becoming a host site for artistic pool promotions.

  • Should promote the APTSA and artistic pool tournaments as often as possible.
